Walking up the hill with protective trees arching over head, little waves of the heavy rain and hail sweep down the path from the top. The path continues with no trees to protect us and the heavy rain stops for a moment allowing us to take down our hoods and hear each other's chat properly! Once at the top, in between the fields the view is outdone by the dramatic smeary weather. What an amazing sight and no camera! Such is life! Moments later our lucky dry inhale of the landscape and sky comes to an end as the rain pours down and I think of all the seedlings in the garden and hope they survive! The weather here in Scotland has been a mix of glorious warm sunshine and then a chill in the air creeps in for the thunder and lightening storms with heavy downpours!
Some good news! I have been given physiotherapy appointments! :) Of course I have to wait, but hopefully not too long!? And at least now it feels like something is being done about it! That and my own personal inputs will hopefully have me running up mountains by the end of the year, no!? I'm really enjoying my little bits of yoga and I think it is not only helping strengthen my knee but it is helping me remain calm in other moments of the day when I would have otherwise worked myself into a stress! So my sun worship continues and I await my appointments as I drink smoothies and eat up all the tasty food my loved ones have blessed me with! Thanks to all sweet words I receive, I can't wait to get better so I can make a fair few fun photography projects that might even earn me a living! x

Thank you for your wee comment! It is nice to hear from strangers and friends! (and strangers who could be friends!) I will do my darn hardest to respond too!
